Member – Any member who chose to join, and was accepted by KSI becomes a “Member.” This is the all together gaming portion, you are a “Member” and are expected to uphold KSI Rules as we do now. From here a member has no requirement other than play games and enjoy themselves!
Veteran Member – This is a member that has been rocking with KSI for at least 90 days! Still no requirements here, just showing recognition of members who have came into our family and made it a better place month after month!
Cadet – First rank held by a member wanting to rank up and support KSI. This rank is someone who raised their hand and said they wished to help more within KSI and rank up! When a member identifies that they want to rank up and participate in KSI this role is where they will go in order to be reviewed as a potential Officer. Unlike in the past, becoming a cadet does not guarantee you will become an Officer. The current Officers and staff will watch you interact with the community and make an informed decision on whether you are a good fit for KSI leadership! In the event that you do not get accepted, you can always try again down the line.
Officer – This is the first (and newly renamed) rank in KSI. Your priority will be to focus on ensuring there are game nights and fun things to do within the community! Help new members get acquainted with KSI and just have fun with the members while grooming your leadership skills.
Required Training:
- Orientation (Online or in-person)
Senior Officer – Once you have received the Officer 101 training, you will be eligible for promotion to Officer. This rank is again, not automatic, but will be discerned by seniority and overall review from leadership. This means just because you have been an Officer for the longest, doesn’t mean you automatically get the next promotion. You are to guide the Officers in helping setup and manage Game Nights as well as larger events hosted at a KSI level!

- Officer 101
- Recruiting (Online Course)
Squad Leader – Once you have received Officer 101 and Recruiting training you will be eligible for promotion to Squad Leader. As said previously, this is not automatic, but will again be by seniority and overall review from leadership. As this position requires Event Hosting, one of your main focuses will be mentoring Officers in Game Nights, as well as mentoring Officer’s in larger events to start molding them to step into your shoes.

Co-Founder – Once you have been trained in Conflict Resolution, you will be eligible to become a Co-Founder. Your task here is to oversee all Officers below you and ensure our members have an excellent environment to game and make friends. You are also their mentor and guide, making sure those Officers are ready for the next step and working through issues as they arise.
Training to give:
- CMS Guidance (This is not a training, but guidance on how to operate it to the Officers)
- Officer 202 to Squad Leaders
Required Trainings:
- Conflict Resolution (Online Training)
Founder – Your task here is to oversee all Officers below you and ensure our members have an excellent environment to game and make friends. You are also their mentor and guide, making sure those Officers are ready for the next step and working through issues as they arise.
Division Leader – This is the Deputy of Gaming Operations. They will support and advise the Director of Gaming Operations as well as support and advise Founders and Co-Founders on tasks and ways forward. This includes all responsibilities of the Officers below them being completed and the general atmosphere in KSI is maintained.
Director of Gaming Operations – This position is selected by the Executive Staff. The member in this position will have a spot in the Executive Staff and be responsible for everything related to gaming operations. This includes all responsibilities of the Officers below them being completed and the general atmosphere in KSI is maintained.
